19:20:55 <bri_an> nice  - that is about how my upgrades have gone so far.  HOlding off on a couple for M7 testing
19:21:38 <MageiaTJ> That's right - I did do a Gnome system upgrade in vbox so I had an M8 one for testing. I used the netinstall iso, and it worked fine.

19:26:04 <bri_an> I don't know, I just read about hte screensaver activating and causing issues.  I ran into that before.  There was an email discussion about disabling it as part of the upgrade

19:28:09 <MageiaTJ> There are always a few glitches that show up after the release is out. Usually outlier packages that we didn't test.

19:30:43 <wilcal> I put all my backgrounds on the central server and then the other two systems boot and find their background via NFS mount there
